Introduction Hi, my name is Jess and I'm a musician. I love music with all my heart and soul, it's been there for me through thick and thin. I am releasing my tunes under the name “Mind Base” on the label “Birdsongs”. I love music. It is my passion, it is my life, it's everything. It keeps me sane and focused on what I love doing—making music! If a day goes by without me listening to some type of music, I feel like something's missing from my life. Music has always been there for me throughout the years; whether I'm relaxing at home or jamming out with friends, there's always something that makes me happy when I listen to it. When you listen to music, your brain releases endorphins that make you feel less stressed out and more relaxed. You can use this during yoga if you want a more calming experience or if you just need some quiet time before bedtime so that you can fall asleep easier at night without worrying about work or schoolwork the next morning (or even later). Music also helps with physical activity because it keeps your heart rate up while working out at the gym or jogging on your treadmill at home. My favorite genre of music is lo fi. I love to play the keyboard. Playing the keyboard calms me down and helps me think about my next move on whatever I'm doing. Music is my passion, I love music. Music is what keeps me sane and my hobby. Music is a way to express myself and communicate with people. Music is also a way to connect with people and relax.
