Rooted in Him is a cinematic project by Canadian composer Zac Tiessen, in collaboration with international award-winning artist Josh Tiessen. The songs are inspired by the narratives of hyper-surrealistic oil paintings. Compositions are also brought to life by enlisting accomplished session musicians like Yoed Nir and co-composers like The David Roy Collective. Zac seeks to portray the image of the Creator through the beauty of music, believing that every song is Rooted in Him.
