Colome's playing grabs your attention from his first bars. He find peculiarly sweet and pure sound in the high ranges of the violin favoured by Casals sonata played with haunting clarity" Janet Banks THE STRAD magazine , Londres 12/2011 Born in Sabadell in 1979 gives concerts in cities like Paris, Madrid, Freiburg, Stuttgart, Barcelona, Medellin, Cali, Berlin, Cordoba, Venice, Rotterdam, Quito, Havana, The Hague, San José de Costa Rica, Gent or Chicago. Works with the following musicians and conductors: Lorin Maazel, Neville Marriner, Andrés Orozco-Estrada, Enrique García Asensio, Edmon Colomer, Gonçal Comellas, Salvador Brotons, Nicholas Chumachenco, Arturo Tamayo, Augustin Dumay and Heinz Holliger. He began his musical studies at age 4 with his father and graduated at 18 years of higher studies in violin and chamber music with honors, earning all awards Conservatorio del Liceu of Barcelona. In 1998 he continued in the Staatliche Hochschule für Musik Freiburg part of the chair violinist Nicholas Chumachenco where he graduated in 2003 .He continues his studies in the United States between 2003 and 2005 studying with Shmuel Ashkenasi and Vermeer Quartet at Northern Illinois University in Chicago . It is a founding member Alart Quartet and The Brahms Project ( with J.Riquelme, D.Apellániz and E.Bagaria) He teaches at Conservatorio Superior de Música de Aragón ( CSMA). He plays on a N.F.Vuillaume 1861
