Paulo Vroman, born in Brazil but moved to the Netherlands at a young age. As a little boy Paulo already starting loving music, it all started with drumming lessons. After 8 years he wanted to take the next step. A local radio invited him to show him how making radio really worked. At some point they asked him to play a DJ set at this local radio. With many positive reactions he got his own DJ table from his parents. He started practicing 24/7. After a year he was booked for the first time. At a local bar. This motivated him to start writing his own music. His dream in: One day, I want people to buy tickets to hear my own songs. Paulo bought the software Fruity Loops, and started learning. After 4 years he released his first track, an EDM track. Which was a very populair genre at the time. Paulo decided he didn’t just want to make populair music, butt music he felt passionate about. His very own style. In 2019 Paulo started producing under the name Paul Cesar. You can describe his sound as Pop music with a shade of Deep House. This makes his sound unique. In 2019 he released his song Focusrite which already had over 300.000 plays in a short period of time. He noticed his own sound did well with the audience. This brought him to his second song, named Thunder. The song Thunder got the attention of label owners who started contacting Paulo to officially release his music.
