John Jerrod Riffle (Born September 4th)better known as Kalis Kad is an American rapper, producer, and marketing manager for Thack and Phyr Squad Records. Born and raised in West Virginia. My first love for music came from stealing my older sisters Snoop Dogg "Doggystyle" album. This started a journey of writing down lyrics I heard, but the true love came when I was introduced to my first DAW(Digital Audio Workstation). This would be where I would find my love for making sounds and arranging them in an order for playback. I met Thack due to an ex-girlfriend giving him my beat CD. I heard he could spit so I invited him over. Once I heard Thack rap. I knew we had something special. Thack had already been associated with Sean Thrilla. Together they were Phyr Squad which at the time I refused to be a part of. I just wanted to produce songs at that point. As time goes on and we develop experiences. We have more to say. I just want to make great music and help others who want to do the same.
