The story so far… I Grew up in Northampton with my hippy dad. He introduced me to a piano. Wrote hundreds of bad songs. Tweeted KT Tunstall about her tour. Released four EP’s. Toured for with Birdy and Lana Del Rey. Went on my first headline tour! dad died. Went off the rails. Deleted all four EP’s off Spotify. Got a cat and piano. move to a tiny room in Camden, with cat. Played every open mic night. Got clean. Signed major record deal. Sang on James Corden Late Late show in L.A. Went on arena tour with ELO and Lewis Capaldi. Wrote loads of songs the label didn’t like. Label dropped me. Moved back home to Northampton. Barney died (cat). Went off the rails. Turned my dad’s cellar into a studio. Got clean and sober. Made debut album called “Abington Grove”. Signed new major record deal. Put debut album out (Abington Grove) It charted top 10 in UK Label dropped me. Went off the rails. Dean Lewis asks me to support him on tour. Released “I Could Use A Friend”. Got clean (for good). Support Anson Seabra on his European tour. Did “The Voice” as a contestant. Got four turns from coaches and picked McFly. “I C U A F” went number 1 the next day. Did a sold out headline European Tour. Supported McFly at The O2 arena. Jamie Cullum asks me to support him on tour. Sam Ryder asks me to support him on tour. Just booked my biggest ever headline tour in Feb 2025 which is nearly all sold out.
