 Aku takes pride in his lyricism and ability to encode emotion through his music. He aims to ensure that listeners not only have a good time but also “think.” As Aku explains, “my goal is to have people replay the song to catch a punchline or melody, the same way I did when listening to rap as a youth.” However, his sound is still evolving, and it’s been noted that his versatility is one of his best traits.
