The phenomenal Saturn Universe launched his career as a rapper, singer, songwriter, and producer during the mid-2010s. Saturn Universe emerged from the Salisbury-area underground with several of independent singles and albums, all of which were made freely available as downloads. Inspired by Logic and J. Cole, as well as the Lo-Fi and R&B he absorbed as a youngling, the North Carolina-born Universe gradually learned to play percussion instruments, including drum set, timpani, bass drum, and bongos. After a four year enrollment at Rowan-Cabarrus Community College, Universe established Galaxy Guild, a collective and label. Galaxy Guild is the home of recording artist Saturn Universe. Since 2018, Galaxy Guild has put in the effort and passion to have at least one project be released by one of its prestige artists. The sole intentions of Galaxy Guild: to disperse peace, love, and positivity, as well as emphasize the importance of mental health!
