Biography
Birmingham Electric's sound recalls synthpop, post-punk and new wave elements in a modern context. American expat electronic musician, vocalist and audio engineer Andrew Evans has gathered an interesting mix of veteran guest collaborators (including Orchestral Manoeuvres In The Dark's original rhythm master Malcolm Holmes and Berlin-based producer and scene-maker Mark Reeder (MFS Records, Factory Records)). Drummer André Machado, bassist Aldo Viñerta and keyboardist Lori Evans form the BE live lineup.
