In late 2021 to early 2022, Shiloh and Bebes made a name for themselves in the Rpop industry, and became close friends in the process, with Shiloh as a new solo artist yet to release music and Bebes as a member of the old group Ratsbop. In July 2022, Shiloh chose to quit music and leave the community, with Bebes doing the same later that year. After Shiloh quit, the two drifted apart and lost touch. Later, in early 2023, Shiloh met Melodi and they quickly became very close friends. It was soon after that Shiloh and Bebes reconnected, and soon the three members became a close group of friends. When Bebes brought up the idea of returning to Rpop as a group and bringing Melodi, everyone agreed and Ecstasy was born. Their debut self-titled album was written and recorded in August through November 2023, and was finally released under Pristine Records and Polaris Records on March 29, 2024, marking the beginning of the career for this promising new girl group.
