97 Chaddy was Born in Atlanta, Georgia during the late summer of 1997. Regardless of the weather, it was one of the hottest summers on record in Atlanta. Between Ludacris, OutKast, and now 97 Chaddy, Atlanta was emerging as the global epicenter of hot beats and lyrical heat. Although Chaddy had not officially dropped any music at this point, he was already free styling upon his departure from the womb. As he cruised through the hospital halls in his custom roller crib on gold 28's, Chaddy began to draw a crowd as he uttered Kodak-like melodies and Carti-like baby ad-libs on his way out the door.
