Stitched together in a rehearsal room in the back of Brisbane, rock four-piece Alaina are hitting the music scene in all the right places. The band consists of mastermind/funny guy Ryan Valley (Vocals, Guitar), spirited/guitar goblin Sam Reynolds (Guitar, Vocals), the ever dynamic and energetic Dale Litster (Bass), and Ty Williams the drummer that truly ties everything together. They have a distinct sound that allows each member to place their influences in the spotlight and combine their collective years of experience, creating a unique cumulative sound that you’d have a hard time hearing over the past couple of years. Their music ranges from heavy riffs to soul-searching ballads (also with some intense riffs), but you’ll always leave with a voracious appetite for more. In a scene where artists are releasing one-dimensional, often very derivative music, Alaina come in busting down doors forcing the listener to confront their emotions and let loose.
