Talina Rae was born in Frankfurt, Germany to a Brazilian mother and German father. With only four months of age, the family moved back to Sao Paulo, Brazil and later, Barcelona, Spain. She began her music education at the age of six in classical piano and after high school, went on to study jazz guitar and voice at the distinguished “Conservatorio Liceu” in Barcelona, Spain. After being awarded two scholarships to pursue her musical studies at the world-renowned Berklee College of Music in Boston, USA, she graduated Summa Cum Laude from Berklee in 2012. Talina is currently building a successful career as a songwriter, producer, composer, and singer. She was signed to Guesstimate Publishing in 2019. Her songwriting cuts include artists like James Carter, Mark Bale, YouNotUs, Schwarz, OBS, Juan Daniél, Will Church, Jonas Hahn, to name a few. Her songs have been streamed over a million times worldwide. She co-wrote the “Official Street Parade” theme “Unique” (Mr. Da-Nos & Akay) in 2016 and most recently co-wrote “Get Up” (Schwarz & YouNotUs), which is the official song of the “Inside Borussia Dortmund” Amazon documentary about the German football club “Borussia Dortmund”. After having written for other artist during the last five years, Talina is currently finishing her own debut album, set to be released in 2022. In the meantime, she will be dropping a little Christmas surprise this year.
