Lasha Chapel is so called “live” artist, which means that he plays only his own music. His music mainly consists of such genres as: House, Indie, Dance and Electronic. However, it’s difficult for him to set boundaries between these genres. His mind works beyond them. Due to the fact, that Lasha lives and works in Berlin, he mostly plays in Berlin clubs, as well as in Hamburg and Munich. From time to time he plays in Georgia and in Baltic countries. He focused on writing electronic music about three years ago. Meanwhile he had a very miscellaneous musical life. He tested himself almost in all genres starting from Georgian Romantic up to Indie Rock genre. He also played in some music bands and had his own band named “After Sex”, which mostly was inspired by British Rock music. Pink Floyd, Daft Punk, Nicholas Jaar and David August had a great impact on Lasha’s interest in making music. At this stage of work, Lasha is trying to get away from the effects as far as possible and find his individual voice. That’s why his inner condition is the most important aspect while making music. At the moment he’s working at releasing new tracks with some German Labels.
