Introducing Poetic Junior. Born in Brooklyn, New York and raised in West Atlanta in a Haitian household. Poetic is an artist who searches for versatility in his music so that he can connect with everyone in every way. Throughout his catalogue you'll hear the balance of him being conscious along with being a hit maker as well. After being done with playing sports, 2015 was the year Poetic started to produced beats and then started to learn how to rap in 2018. Creating music in a authentic way has always been the thought process of his discography hoping one day it can connect to people's hearts. None of this would be possible without the influence of other great artist such as Kanye West, Outkast, Lauryn Hill, Nas, Jay Z, J Cole, Kendrick Lamar, Tupac, etc. Grammy nominated producer, Soulsoundz, has been a great mentor for Poetic. Since 2020, Soulsoundz has produced songs for Lil Wayne, DJ Khaled, Money Bagg Yo, Toosii, Pooh Shiesty, NLE Choppa, etc. His constituency of production always inspires Poetic to keep creating no matter what. Soulsoundz is credited as a producer throughout Poetic's project, Time Is Tickin, he plays the organ on the outro of the project which is one of Poetic's favorite moments as a artist. Poetic continues to preach that as a creator it's not about how much money you make, but more so it's about what you make. A true artist with huge potential for years to come.
