Norayr Kartashyan ( Armenian woodwind master) was born on 25 August in the village of Aygedzor in a traditional masons family. Norayr Kartashyan plays all Armenian woodwind instruments(Duduk , Blul , Zurna , Shvi , Pku , Parkapzuk). Kartashyan has collaborated with a number of artists and bands, including Tigran Hamasyan ,Arto Tunçboyacian , Katuner Band and more others.
