Griff has been in the music scene for over a decade, formerly known as DCG. Working with local talent in Toronto including Drake when he was just age 16 starting out. His first album Dc's Comments; made grammy ballot but fell short of nominations. Feeling discouraged, Griff then decided to go on a hiatus from the music industry for 6 years. When the pandemic hit, Griff went back to music his true passion. He rebranded himself as Griff Galexxzee as he was told he had harmonies out of this world. He switched from all Hip Hop to add Pop, Funk and R&B. Which it's a style he calls Hip Pop. In Honor of his mother that passed, she always told him to sing more and Griff decided to do just that. Now with the transition, Griff Galexxzee is receiving commercial success and continues to be a rising star with his own style and sound. Being compared to his influences Akon, Michael Jackson, Pharrell, Daft Punk and Usher.
