DPNS(딕펑스) is a four-member South Korean band consisting of Kim Tae-hyun (vocals), Kim Hyon-woo (piano), Kim Jae-heung (bass), and Park Ga-ram (drums). They have gained attention for their unique lineup that replaces the guitar with a keyboard. Since their formation in 2007, they have been active in the Hongdae indie music scene, building a strong fan base through solid live performances, sophisticated playing, and creative, stylish music. In 2010, they debuted in the mainstream music market with their first EP, [1st EP], and later released their first full-length album, [DICKPUNKS], which included tracks from the EP. They gained significant public recognition after finishing as the runner-up on Mnet’s "Superstar K4". The following year, they released the EP [VIVA PRIMAVERA], with its title track "Viva 청춘," a positive and upbeat song about youth, which was widely loved. Since then, they have continued their steady career with releases such as the mini-album [Hello Goodbye], the live album [찍지 말고 뛰어 2013 Live Concert], [29,], [SPECIAL], [Bicycle Man], [Ordinary Days], and the special album [SUːM TIMES], alongside contributions to numerous drama OSTs. In November 2024, DPNS introduced a new single, ‘Our First Melody (첫사랑, 이 노래)’, showcasing their uniquely romantic pop sound.
