Raised in Roma TX, singer-songwriter Jerry Alvarez has been honing his skills in music since the age of 5. At that age he performed for the first time on a stage and that moment gave him his fascination for music forever. He was the lead singer for Los Gallitos from 1999-2017 and recorded/produced 6 Albums. In 2016 the band got a nomination for the Latin Grammy under the category, “Best Tejano Album.” Jerry’s evolution in music allowed him to introduce another element to this union and extend the range of his talent even further. At the age of 15 he started writing songs and do date has over 100 songs recorded, 33 Singles, songs included in 12 Latin Grammy Nominated Albums and 4 Latin Grammy Winning Albums.
