Ndugu is a brothership in which sounds intermingle and transform. Hip hop and acoustic roots music meet Afro groove. A five piece band means five different personalities, with five different styles and feel. In Ndugu forces are joined, and 5 become 1. 1 flavour. 1 sound. Since the release of a first intimate EP Ndugu has evolved into a band that isn’t afraid to experiment with sound, while faithfully staying true to their pure, acoustic, minimalist roots. Ndugu’s first full album came out in September 2020.
