Born and raised in the heart of the Copperbelt, Kennedy Pansho popularly known as Saint Dito (aka the Kopala Rabbi) is a youthful and vibrant minister who uses his music as a tool in the extension of God’s Kingdom. He is an unambivalent Zambian artist whose sound stems from influences rooted deeply in Hip-Hop, Soul, R&B and Christian contemporary music with acts such as Chef 187, Jay Z, Lil Wayne, and Andy Mineo among others, being the creatives who persuaded his decision to pick up a pen and start writing songs. Saint Dito has written several songs and performed at several concerts and shows over the years but his first official release came in 2022 with YDU. The song was released to critical acclaim and will for a long time be considered Saint Dito’s magnum opus. One of the core beliefs his ministry is founded on is the idea that Saint Dito is a team. Ken just happens to the face of the project. The mission remains the same— to make art that inspires, motivates, heals and transforms lives for the glorious cause of the cross. Saint Dito is a tree mounted on the ground of truth—the only truth which is that Jesus is for everybody. He died and rose on the third day for the remission of every single person’s sins. And that He did this out of love.
