Will Knox is a born storyteller. With just a few words and chords he knows how to bring worlds to life. Growing up in London, Will moved to the US at 18 to pursue a career in music, graduating from Berklee College of Music (Boston). Now residing in the Netherlands Will has flourished as an award-winning songwriter earning 5 Buma Awards + 1 ASCAP award with credits on tracks totalling over 1 billion streams. Having spent 2023 in the studio in London with producer Ian Grimble, Will emerged with his fourth full length album, set for release in September 2024. “I started writing this album in lockdown, having learned I was going to become a father for the first time. The time allowed me to confront a lot of issues from my past, and I was determined not to pass those on to my son. "I wrote my new single 'Pillow Scream' out of frustration. I was upset at myself for not being able to say what I wanted to someone because I feared their reaction. In fact, I ended up saying the opposite just to make them happy. I couldn't speak my truth, be myself, and I realised that I was doing this all the time - whether in day-to-day life, relationships, or making music. I've worked hard to break this habit, to be more honest, even if I risk upsetting or offending people on the way. I've found that the worst-case scenario I make up in my head rarely ever occurs, and most people respond rationally and empathetically when I've expressed my feelings sincerely."
