Erik Evy is a hip-hop artist from the Chicago area. His debut project “Periscopes”, released March 2021, mirrors his laid-back attitude. Erik's goals are to constantly challenge his fans with different sounds, and concepts for each body of work. Sep 2022 Erik peels back layers with his EP “Matinee”. A self-aware, minimalist approach to hip hop. In 2023 Erik won Subterranan Chicago's freestyle competition and is opening for Wifisfuneral March 9th. This momentum will continue when he releases "Down Stream" music video & song in April. 
 2023 is closing out with Erik pushing toward his next project. “Count these highs”, released September 26th, is a heartfelt tug at our empowering spirit. 2024 Erik is positioning himself to become a household name in the Chicago music scene. 
 His optimism is unmatched, his creativity is infectious, and his lyrics are expansive. Erik captures every emotion; what it means to be human.
