Toaozay is an artist from Hackney, East London. Growing up in such a diverse area, Her sound is heavily influenced by Afrobeat, Bashment, R&B and Afroswing. During her early teen years, Toaozay started making music and over time found her bearings and as she continues her musical journey, she continues to develop and flourish her sound. As Toaozay is an artist that isn’t held down to a particular conventional genre. Her debut release “The Explanation” was released in April 2015 & since then fans have been wanting more.
