Okoroigwe Simon Okechukwu, going by the moniker Prime D Vibe, is a Nigerian singer-songwriter and record producer from Onuimo, Imo State. Born on 8th November 1994 into a family of 10, Simon’s early life was rosy, but growing up was difficult. Due to that, he dropped out of school and went on to search for greener pastures. Prime, who describes music as an inborn gift, began learning music (sounds and vocals) at a very tender age. The more he metamorphosed, the more his passion grew as well. Through the years, he has collaborated with various musical acts, spanning diverse African genres like Afrobeats, Amapiano, etc. Prime D Vibe is notable for his ‘Genius!’ producer tag and composing Cheesy Vibes’ essential hits like ‘Anitaa’, ‘History’ and extended play ‘ Life & Fame’.
