In a time when vulnerability often tends to be frowned upon with transparency being key, Todd Zack Jr. introduces himself as a true R&B/Soul singer/songwriter; producer of many genres. Influenced by artists ranging from Donny Hathaway, Bobby V., Musiq Soulchild, and Marvin Gaye, to Dom Kennedy, Mick Jenkins and Nipsey Hussle, & production approaches from Hit-Boy, Bryan-Michael Cox, Timbaland, & Krs., Todd's sound showcases his lifestyle via lyrical versatility complimented by his vocal range & own original production. Originally from Elyria, Ohio, Todd prides himself on his work ethic & dedication, in addition to his resiliency. As a child, he endured his father being wrongfully convicted & sent to prison for 10 1/2 years, forcing him to grow up faster than a normal child would. Todd went on to serve as an Active Duty member of the U.S. Air Force for 6 1/2 years, while creating music in the majority of his down time. This led to making the decision to bet on himself, to pursue music full-time. Todd dubs his music as "self-care music", taking you on a sonic trip while incorporating innovative elements within the R&B/Soul genres, all catered to one's energy being fueled in the most appropriate way. Some of his production credits include artists such as Sango, Waldo, Cam Wallace, & papichuloteej.
