Bite Marcus is a one-man-musical-operation currently making darkwave music in sunny Manchester. DIY-as-f*ck and inspired by everything from classic synth-pop icons to beat poetry and beyond, it's brash and brooding and undoubtedly the sound of a new, inspired presence in Britain's alternative music scene... ...although he's not really that new after all. He previously ran the gamut with Brighton-post-punk-4-piece grasshopper from 2012 - 2020 - and now he's also struck gold alone. His debut solo album, Amalgamation, was released on 29th March 2024 to critical acclaim*. (*no one checks these things, right?)
