Anila Padrós is a Catalan singer-songwriter who wishes to find in art the oportunity of changing people’s ways of looking. Studying music since she was very young and going over hundreds of stages as a backup singer since she was 12, she starts composing in her reflection moments and intimacy with her guitar.  She is born sorrounded by music in La Garriga, where she starts her training and discovers her love for art and creation. In 2015 she becomes part of Damaris Gelabert’s company, with whom she will go over big stages all around Catalonia, the Balearic Islands and Valencia, such as the Teatre Victòria de Barcelona, the Festival Acústica de Figueres or the official stage of Òmnium Cultural la Diada de l’11 de Setembre. This 2021’s autumn Anila presents her first personal project, her first EP entitled “Un mirall dins la butxaca”; the opportunity to build an imaginary and to mix it with all those memories that don’t have a soundtrack yet.  For her, her songs are the place where she can recognise herself and where she can talk about everything that is difficult to explain just with words, and to offer, to those who listens to her, the emotion of descovering oneself.
