DeeJay Philly has been in the party scene since 2008, started off in the south side of England (Winchester). Philly has always been the most unique disk jockey around his area and grew up listening to a wide variety of music such as Soul, Blues but evolved his passion for Hip Hop during his teenage years. After being in the music industry for over a decade, DeeJay Philly has worked alongside with the most talented DJ’s and Artist from all over the globe and recently collaborated with local artists around the Philippines. DeeJay Philly earned his place in the industry when Mista Jam featured Philly on his “1500 Seconds of Fame Show” that was aired on BBC Radio 1xtra. After a couple of months, Mista Jam & Ministry of Sounds invited Philly in the M.O’s HeadQuarters in London to be a part of their new project called “SpeakerBox” There were only 10 DJ’s invited to this secret audition but unfortunately he did not make it through the next round.
