Mexican singer and actress, Iran Castillo got involved in music after joining a vocal group called Mosquitas Muertas in 1991. At the age of 16, the young artist played a role on the popular soap opera Agujetas de Color de Rosa, followed by the main character in Confidente de Secundaria. In 1997, her debut album, Tiempos Nuevos was released by Sony Music Entertainment Mexico with her hit single Yo Por El, and she later recorded the latin pop/ballad album Tatuada en tus Besos, including the hit Sola, from the soap opera Soñadoras. In 2014 she recorded her independent album Amanecer. In 2017 Iran joined the 90s Pop Tour among with other singers from the 90s. Currently she's working on medicine music, which is music focused to elevate, connect, heal and help dissolve boundaries. She also has her child's project "El castillo de Iran".
