Keith Currency, I’m an artist from one of the most beautiful islands in the Caribbean if not the world St,Vincent and the Grenadines,I grew up on the leeward coast of the island where my love for music was born too, you see my grandfather was also a musician and he was one quarter of a band known back then as “the singing wailers” so this love I have for music is in my veins... growing up I’ve always dabbled in different genre of music. In 2010 I was awarded best new artists, in 2015 I was also awarded for best new hip hop & rub single and best new dancehall single of the year (Shake it Shake it n Love Wins) and in 2017 I was also awarded once again for best new dancehall singles of the year. I’m in the talks of signing a deal for one of my singles “Whine Fi Me” with Artistry World. In music I’m always inspired but my ultimate love is of an older nature “ole school “ 70’s 80’s 90’s those are the years that gets me going musically. I like that humble feeling I get coupled with that fire from music of that era,it’s kinda like the person I am humble energetic but I also have that spark. In my island I’ve been privileged enough to perform for some of the biggest shows .In and out of carnival an annual festival we islanders have, I’ve performed for soca monarch one of if not the biggest show we have during carnival for six years, went on to open shows for Movado one of Jamaica’s biggest international artist I’ve been fortunate to do Collaboration with Beeni man the Grammy
