Jay Johnson bka BillZBondZ is a rapper from Pottstown, Pennsylvania. Fans have compared his sound to that of Digital Underground, 50 Cent and more times than he can believe, Tupac. Influenced heavily by the styles of Freddie Gibbs, T.I., Lil Wayne and Juelz Santana, the style he developed on his own is reminiscent of old hip-hop on modern beats. Jay Johnson was born on July 19th, 1988 but didn't start trying his hand at rapping until 17. Between 21-26, he got in with a bad crowd and developed a meth addiction. He managed to escape that life just barely with help of family and new friends in 2015. However the music that he made prior to using... that motivation was now gone. BillZBondZ was born on that day. When he started to make music again, it came from a confidence level he'd never experienced prior to using. It's the confidence that comes from springing back up from rock bottom. BillZBondZ makes hip-hop music that covers a variety of moods and content. With 12 albums from 2022-now, it would be hard for the average rap fan to not find something they like among the over 200 songs to his credit. BillZBondZ also has a few acts he's a part of.
