Born Michael Andres Parra, in New Jersey, the Colombian American has always been true to his roots and his love for music and rhythm. He began playing the drums at an early age and continued playing percussion throughout High School. Mike developed a passion for music production, DJing, and live sound, and after graduating in 2007, his interest for electronic music grew stronger as it opened the doors to a new wide variety of sounds. Along with his active involvement with instruments and sound engineering, Mike began to DJ regularly, and by late 2008 at local house parties and small nightclubs in New Jersey. He made his first appearance in New York in 2009. Since then, he has played and opened for some of the biggest names in some of the biggest stages and venues of today's House Music & Afterhours scene in the New York Area, including Pacha NYC, Space Ibiza NY, Cielo NYC, Black & White Festival @ Governor's Island, Analog BK, TBA BK, The Office, Petra, LOST, just to name a few; and in Miami, for the annual Winter Music Conference. Also, in Bogota, Colombia at the G-Club Bogota. Mike has taken his career to the next level after releasing music on record labels such as Academy Records, Mimetic Music, and Dark Vibe Productions.
