-YD YD is a Amapiano producer and pianist also known as Deago Goodgall who lives and resides in Newlands-Johannesburg-South Africa.With great love and passion for music the Artist started his musical journey at a very young age.Whilst growing up the Artist wanted to become DJ and was inspired by one of the worlds best Dj's(Black Coffee).Black Coffee has always been a role model for the young man.Deago grew up listening to various artists and genres of music.Around 2015 it was then when the artist began to take his Djing career seriously.Djing on virtual Dj,recording mixtapes was just the start for the young man.In the year of 2015,the Artist fell inlove with a Genre called Amapiano which is now known around the world.Inspired by a few other Artists like MFR Souls, Kabza De Small, Josiah De Disciple etc,which sparked up the name Yung Disciple.The Artist then knew it was time for a different aim to his music career.The Artist began making music for the first time In 2018 but did not have the right equipment at the time.It was then in the early year of 2020 where the Artist took his career seriously as a whole and started producing and releasing music.In the late year of 2020 the Artist formed a music group called YWM Musiq where he worked with two other Artists.The group released music but it only lasted for a year and the group broke apart.Deago is now a Solo Artist and still believes to be one of the best Djs one Day and hope his music is here to stay.
