Joe Rogers (J.o.e.) is an up and coming underground music artist residing in Kentucky. He was born in Florida and grew up an only child without a father in a single parent home. His mother relocated to Kentucky when he was 8 years old. Without much guidance he began to roam the inner streets and mingle with temptation. Discovering Hip-Hop at the age of 10 he quickly became infatuated with this new sound and devoted his life to studying the craft.
