Artist, remixer, DJ and Record producer Sam Knowles goes by the name of Karma Kid.  Whether releasing solo projects via renowned electronica labels Greco-Roman, Future Classic, Method and Fool’s Gold or as one half of Shy Luv, Knowles has earned a reputation for a smart but ultimately very fun brand of electronic music that he could take in his pocket to clubs and festival stages worldwide. Since collaborating with Hot Chip’s Joe Goddard and US hip hop star Aminé on his breakout ‘Man Of The Year’ EP, Knowles has spent the past years behind the scenes producing and writing with artists such as Shygirl, Hak Baker, Bakar, Obongjayar, The Blessed Madonna and many more. Drawing upon that creative experience, Karma Kid returns to the frontline with his new atmospheric and thought provoking project - Break Away From What You Know, which is out now now on Method Records.
