 Songwriter and Producer Cilio was born Brian Cilio on September 2, 1985 in Arlington Heights, Illinois. His background is of Colombian and Italian descent. He spent some of his childhood years living in Cali, Colombia with his eccentric grandmother who greatly influenced him with Latin Cultural music. He grew up listening to Pop Music and as a teenager was drawn to the humorous and outspoken style of Eminem. Given his musical foundations, he was automatically drawn to the sounds of Daddy Yankee and Wisin Y Yandel. Thus, his love of Latin Urban Genre grew and formed what are now the sounds of Cilio.
