VIOLAT is a songwriter, singer, and producer originally from North Carolina now based out of LA. After moving to LA in 2019 she felt a very strong sense of inspiration from the California landscape and started writing her emotional acoustic guitar pieces through a more pointed pop framework. Having been a deep lover of Electronic music she wanted to tell her new stories with that sound, which led her down the path of music production the following year in 2020. With each song she is continues to develop and evolve the sonic palette for her sharp and sentimental pop songwriting. Her first 2 singles THE WEATHER and THE RAIN are out now.
