Originally from Lorain Ohio, Serg in General moved to Tampa Florida in 2000. In 2007 he learned to make beats and started working with local artists in the Tampa Bay area. He has won awards in Tampa as a producer and executive producer. In 2020 Serg in General made the choice to listen and follow the "good voice" and discovered he could write music. He wrote his unreleased debut album '40 Year Old Freshman' in the 1st week and the 1st volume of his mixtape series '19SomethinSomethin' just 2 months later. "I am a fan of the craft of hip hop and like to challenge myself when writing music." Serg in General writes music about real life situations, good and bad. "Music should be relatable to everyone which is why I write about topics like, partying, work, love, heartbreak, death, happiness and sadness. If I didnt live, experience, or witness it, I don't write about it." Serg in General currently has over 75 unreleased songs including 3 more volumes of '19SomethinSomethin' as well as 1 unreleased volume of his other mixtape series '20SomethinSomethin' due to be released in 2024. He has several singles available on Bandcamp as well as original content on all streaming platforms. His musical goal is to be able to touch and positively influence the lives of listeners worldwide and to build a fanbase of loyal supporters all across the globe. He knows his talent can and will take him places he has never seen before.
