With the release of his debut album “Make Better A Priority”, 26 year old Kurtis Ozra looks to branch out from his Sacramento, California home to bring his message of empowerment to a global audience. Driven by his passions to help those with mental illness, Kurtis utilizes hip-hop as his vessel to reach youth struggling with isolation, loneliness, mental health issues and suicidal tendencies. Creating a sub-genre of hip-hop which revolves around hope, love, acceptance, and inclusion, Kurtis Ozra strives to shed the clichés of violence, hatred, and misogyny rampant in modern hip-hop.
