Patricio Fraile Danish/Spanish composer has made Copenhagen his artistic home. His musical journey began with a rich foundation of devotional music, thanks to his father's role as a church organist. He transitioned from the violin to the viola at a young age, later exploring compositions by Italian movie music maestros Nino Rota and Giovanni Fusco. His exposure to Spanish and latinamerican fusionist and singer-songwriters like Silvio Rodríguez and pop star Ana Belen during long drives to Spain in the 90s further shaped his eclectic musical palette. Patricio's education and his upbringing in the realm of symphonies have laid the groundwork for his imaginative arrangements. He is signed to FatCat Records imprint 130701 Clarice Jensen, Jóhann Jóhannsson, Hauschka where he released his collaborative debut album The Expected Sounds of Minor Music together with fellow composer Emil Friis in December 2023. Setting a mark in the post - classical scene. The music from the album was featured on several Apple Music Classical playlists, Danish Classical Radio DR P2, BBC Classical and many more.. Other releases includes his original score for the film Before Long Original Score recorded with an ensemble from the Estonian National Symphony Orchestra. His singles Movement V and Symmetri have been featured on Spotify's Classical New Releases playlist. His single Nat released on World Sleep Day 2023 draws inspiration from the nocturnes of the romantic era.
