Rory Natkiel and Joe Moran have been recording together for more than 20 years and were two thirds of the 00s electronica act Pea Green Boat before Joe relocated to the US. And whilst distance now separates them, technology has brought them closer together. 2020 saw them begin to collaborate again on Rory's Better Days FM internet radio station, and before long a new musical project was born. Heavily influenced by Andrew Weatherall and Sean Johnston's A Love From Outer Space parties, and featuring live instruments from the word go, the Rule Six sound is one where dub, acid house, disco and post-punk collide. Rule Six are now signed to the ALFOS-associated tici taci, as well as running the Burn The Elastic label.
