Biography

Bear Redell is a country artist from Solvang, CA. He grew up listening to Eric Church, Tom Petty & Johnny Cash. He is inspired by singer/songwriters such as Ray Fulcher, Luke Combs, Morgan Wallen, & also fellow Solvang native Marv Green (the hit songwriter of “Amazing” by Lonestar). Bear has also co-written songs with Green, including his single “Ex Box”, which was featured on Spotify’s “Next from Nashville” playlist. After graduating from UCLA in Southern California in 2019, Bear moved to Nashville, TN to continue pursuing his career in country music by placing himself in the heart of music city. His first Nashville recorded single "Church & Cash" takes you through the heartache of a breakup that leaves you in a bar needing some church and cash to get by. The song has been widely praised by its listeners as it interpolates over 20 song titles from Johnny Cash and Eric Church into a stand alone song & story of its own. Bear has since recorded and released multiple singles in the past five years, performed the iconic Whiskey Jam numerous times in Nashville amidst his frequent shows at Morgan Wallen’s bar, Jason Aldean’s and Luke Bryan’s on Broadway. Follow Bear across all social media channels to stay updated and check his schedule on Instagram for upcoming shows.
