Solo Vic (a.k.a. Solo G.A.M.) is an American rapper, singer and songwriter from Broward County, Florida. Originally a member of G.A.M. Entertainment, Solo got his start attending hip-hop meets and performing at small venues throughout South Florida. On Christmas Day, 2017, he released his debut mixtape “Laugh Now, Cry Later” – a project that highlighted the best of his talents and helped to build his core fan base. Solo’s ability to create unique and catchy hooks - with or without autotune - soon become his calling card. He performed often and collaborated extensively with other artists. In early 2018, Solo began recording with fellow artist/engineer Willie Waters. That same year, they released the joint-single “No Pressure” which was received well. On May 13, 2019, Solo Vic released his second mixtape “Solo Vic vs. The Universe” which included features from artists 350Heem, Lil Goya and WIllie Waters. Solo has had multiple run-ins with the law and consequently developed a track record with the Broward County Sheriff's Office (BSO). He was held without bond for much of 2019 and nearly all of 2020. On April 19, 2020 (while behind bars), Solo released his third mixtape "The Freedom Pack" which included a lone feature from frequent callaborator Willie Waters. Solo Vic was finally released from BSO custody on October 9, 2020.
