Sonically influenced by The Weeknd & Michael Jackson, singer songwriter Rodney Hollywood emerged from the underground circuit joining the new era of R&B in the mid-2010s. Based out of Baltimore, MD, Hollywood grew a love for writing and recording after attending a studio session with the uncle of a long time friend. Following the success of his infectious 2015 ballad “Dodge The Bullet” Hollywood took the time to sharpen and develop his craft. Now with release of his debut mixtape “If It Weren’t For You” it’s clear that Rodney Hollywood has every intention of changing the landscape of the R&B genre.
