Born in Dallas, Texas and raised in East Garland. Music became part of Don P's life at an early age. He would help his dad sell cd's and cassettes going door to door at apartment complexes. His mom was part of the church choir and still is to this day. By the age of 17 he started to get involved in recording with a small group of friends that consisted of Teddy P, JLocc, Yellowboy and Beto (Don P Beretta) He rapidly outgrew the hobby of music and started to view it as a business. It took years of preparation, study and downfalls to help Don P Beretta reach this point in his music career. He is Co-Host for the Gangsta Boogie and Don P Show, founding member of Mexican Hustlas Family, founding member of Metro Mobbin Family and owner of Hustle Boy Rich Co.
