Coming from Richmond, VA HABEEB was heavily influenced by some of Rap's greats including Nas, MF DOOM, Mos Def, KRS-ONE and Kanye West. HABEEB has also found ways of incorporating his eclectic background which includes soul, R&B, gospel into his skill set as well as becoming a well rounded Hip-Hop producer. October 12, 2014 marked the release of his first mixtape entitled Mis3ducation of hAb33b which is produced and written by HABEEB and co-producer/audio engineer CKND. Recently he released his second EP titled, The Weak on August 1, 2016. He is currently putting together several other highly anticipated projects which involve many collaborations with local artists of the Richmond, VA area. HABEEB's grimy, socially conscious, and witty wordplay is opening the eyes of those around him. #windowseat
