Born in Milan, ¥and Dope is a singer/producer based in Barcelona. He approached music at an early age thanks to his parents. ¥ang started at 6 y/o learning how to play the guitar and the bass and next he followed his father’s passion: drums. “I never took a lesson, the way I learned play instruments is by composing my own songs, my father introduced me to rock and metal and when I started high school I was literally only playing with bands and doing small gigs around my city”. ¥ang approached the engineering side when he was 16, when he started recording punk music with a friend in a cellar, with an old macbook. When he was 18 he started experimenting more with music, putting his hands on synthesizers and converting his flat into a studio. From that he approached rap music, founding a crew, and dropped two Eps. Once moved to Spain he founded FV*K SOCIETY, a label and an apparel brand, and opened with his girlfriend and F. Lanzarotta Black Rabbit Studio, where he worked at Sbaglio’s first album. In the last year he produced artist such as BlkSwn, Laioung, Moonkey and West Dubai. On January 2020, he started working on his first album, Lost Boy. “This album encloses the music that I like, with a nostalgic sound and in the same time a refinement for innovation, most of my songs are inspired from dreams that I had, movies and video games” The album, is a 360 degrees music experience, jumping between different moods, to accompany everyone’s day, whether it is happy or sad.
