Jay Browz is an independent artist born and raised in NorthEast DC. Browz started rapping in high school but never took it seriously because he was more influenced by the street, than music. After high school Jay Browz attended College at Howard University for a short period of time before making a decision that the streets was more profitable than school. That turned out to be a bad decision because soon after he found himself in the Federal prison for Drug importation charges. After being released from jail Browz decided to take rap more seriously but he had a lot of set backs from more run-ins with the law. Now Jay Browz is back and more focused than ever.
