Biography

Justin Joslin is an Oklahoma-born singer-songwriter residing in San Diego, CA. He fronted the award-winning band, Fresh Sunday, in the early 2000’s and opened for bands such as Switchfoot, Lifehouse and Blue October. After two EPs and two full length records as guitarist and lead singer of the band, he embarked on a solo career. After releasing Roots, an EP about where he came from and who he wanted to be, in 2011; his second album, The River, was released in March 2016 to a sold out crowd at the historic Rodeo Opry in Oklahoma City’s Stockyard District. The River is an 11-song ode to his faith, his wife, and his family, demonstrating that triumph can flow from hardships. Justin’s first single from The River, “Love You Wrong”, was the “trending track” on Jake FM, Oklahoma’s new country radio station, and found a home in the regular rotation. He was featured on NewsOK’s Middle of Nowhere blog where his second single, “Shine a Light”, debuted. Having shared the stage with performers such as Dawes, David Ramirez and Drew Holcomb & the Neighbors, he continues to hone his craft as a writer and performer.
